only if you have spark plugg leads, not coil directly to sparkplugs.

works on vehicles with positive earth?

I believe that if you connect to the battery, Red to Positive post and Black to Negative post it should function properly. That powers the INNOVA and the sensor connects as directed to the "plug" wire.

i can answer this question because i have not relly worked with it i only worked with it when i bought this with a 2 cyl out board and i have only 4 and 6 cyl no 8 cyl can not tell sorry thank dan
