Had severe heel pain for over 2 months, apparently called Plantar Fasciitis. More painful after resting and in AM. Did the foot and calf stretching exercises suggested for a week and never helped much. Purchased these and got some immediate relief. Wore them 23x7 for a week and paid was considerably less. Now into my third week and my heel pain has almost gone, I even forget about it when walking now. Wearing this during the day and not at night now. Apparently can take up to 30 days but this is working for me. My size was right on the top end of the range so I ordered the next size up and they fit well. No really the compression of the sock but the bands that go under the arch give the support and these are adjustable via the velcro straps.

I'm pretty sure I've tried every ankle support here on Amazon, or close to it. As my sprain has healed, this simple compression sleeve has offered the best support/comfort combination for daily use and light activity. The foot opening has a flattened seam at the edge and doesn't create any rubbing or sensation of thickness beneath the foot. The upper cuff hasn't felt too tight (I would call my lower calf robust but not unusually so). The compression is enough to give the support without strangling my foot. I don't use the straps because they rely on stretch that goes under the foot, and that bothers the bottom of my foot. Obviously not sufficient support for anything truly active, but it works nicely over physiotape to secure it and if you're like me and desperate for a little more support during an active moment, it's a nice layer between you and the duct tape.

Great support! I do martial arts and hurt my ankle 6 days ago. I just got off crutches 3 days ago and have been taking it light in class. This came yesterday and I was actually able to do most things in class, including sparring! I wrapped it as instructed, as well as wrapping criss cross behind first, which gave me a little more of the heel/ankle support I was looking for. Would’ve given 5 stars if there was a way to get a bit more heel/behind the ankle support. Overall great product!

I recently sprained my ankle . I needed support of healing and to be able to walk . This was perfect! I like the sock mesh that helps with swelling! A great value for a great ankle support! Easy to use and put on ! It is pretty comfortable and not very bulky .

Great compression and value for money.

This ankle sleeve worked well for about two weeks. After that the straps began to stretch a lot and the Velcro began to wear out. Good design and comfortable, but the materials used need to be improved on.

I have reinjured an old sprained ankle. Tried cold/hot compresses and used an ace bandage for the lase 6 weeks and had little success. Picked up this ankle wrap and over night had a reduction in swelling and pain. I wear the wrap for about 8 hrs a day and during my higher activity times. I am able to go for a walk and do mild activities with minimal discomfort. The wrap is easy to put on and off and is adjustable

I like this brace for its adaptability. Just wearing the sleeve gives some support, or you can add the strap for extra structure. The only issue i have had is the edge curling under the arch of my foot, which can hit uncomfortably in a shoe depending on the construction of the shoe.

Good supporters for ankle it has been an year of use and they are still doing well!

Received the product today.... Found it extremely good and supportive for my ankle pain. I am much relieved and am able to walk comfortably.

My niece attends university for performing arts and is a dance major. We got them for her a year ago due to an ankle strain. She's used one pair daily since, and just requested a new pair on June. Well made.
