For the hot one, surprisingly hot, kind of chewy, salty, and perfect
This is very greasy. It is surprisingly hot, about like eating a mild jalapeno. They use the whole pepper, including the chewy ends. It is also quite salty. This is perfect for adding a little toale a savory bean salad or putting a thin layer on an otherwise dry sandwich.

The Real Deal
As a displaced Chicagoan, I miss hometown foods. This delicious condiment makes a thin sliced beef or an Italian sub seem like home. It captures the Chicago flavor much more accurately then other brands.

If you like bell peppers, this is the giardiniera for you.
Dominant flavor is bell peppers. That's all I taste in this mix. All the other vegies are in there except the hot peppers, but everything tastes like a bell pepper, even the olives.
