Can u use this in a hut tub or spa when full to vacum out sand?

Using a live electrical appliance near a tub of water is a high safety risk and we do not recommend for this use. While the vacuum is capable of suctioning and capturing water, the vacuum is not designed for or intended to be submersible. The safest alternative is a submersible pump.

Is it quiet like a festool or very loud like a shop vac? How many decibels?

Unfortunately I do not have an exact decibel rating for this vacuum, like a Festool you can turn the suction power up and down allowing it to be louder or quieter. It also comes with a power outlet on the vacuum that allows you to plug directly into the vacuum like a Festool.I would say closer to a Festool then a shop vac, but at a friendly price.Festool dust extractors are at the highest level of of dust management in the industry, I would safely say this right behind them.

Will this work with Festool sanders?

The vacuum is rated to 6 amps only We got it to have as an extra shop vacuum and found this out when we received it. Not enough amps for the track saw so we returned it. You need to check how many amps your sander has. Should say somewhere on it. If its 6 or under it will work for you.

How many CFM's does the vacuum deliver?
