I was looking for something with just nuts and dark chocolate... not too sweet, not as melty as milk chocolate, no dried fruit, and I was hoping for something other than a ton of peanuts in the mix (I like peanuts, but a variety of nuts is nice). The dark chocolate isn't too sweet and pairs beautifully with the roasted nuts, particularly with the almonds, cashews, and pecans. No peanuts which was a nice change. In my opinion, the pecans take this to a whole other level. The roasted flavor of the nuts pairs perfect with the deep, dark chocolate flavor. Most importantly, it is a great snack to bring on a hike and helped sustain energy, and I appreciate the bigger bag as I can customize the portion I need depending on my activity. This just feels like a "trail mix for adults". I do wish it was a little less pricey, but considering the ingredients, it's probably fair.

Actually, we bought this product twice this year. There's a terrific amount of dark chocolate in these larger bags. We enjoy it as a little snack or in our yogurt. But, it is better not to order it in the heat of summer. This past June 2025 it all melted together! Actually we LIKED this! We just broke off parts of this nut & chocolate cluster to enjoy. We do recommend purchasing this product.

This mix never disappoints!! As a chocolate lover, the chocolate squares in this mix are top grade chocolate and is in every bite. Excellent quality nuts and the combination is well thought out. Keep in a dry cool place. Never lasts long enough in my house to worry about freshness.

I have ordered these previously and they were fine. These had apparently been stored incorrectly at the warehouse. the chocolate was in large clumps as if it had melted and the solidified again. Very disappointing as I had purchased for a trip to Iceland.

Arrived timely. Great price point. Convenient. Packaging great. Both bags had the chocolate lightly/ slightly melted so it’s more chunky, melted together than separated pieces. Not worth the hassle to send back. I don’t know if that’s unhealthy when it is inside a plastic bag. Is it? We have, however, become accustomed to it & my husband now prefers it this way! I went to take a photo, but the bag had 1/4 left & it didn’t show the melted part and it’s a testament to the fact that it’s slight. There were a few gumball sized pieces in each bag. So, will probably order again as long as long as not more than that.

Incredible! Kove how it has quality trail mix. I cant stand raisins and cherries in trail mix. This was perfect. The dark chocolate is great and theres a generous ratio of chocolate! Highly recommend!

Know what you are buying. I blame myself for this purchase. Unless you really like almonds a lot, I would try another trail mix. Way too many almonds. Very few pecans and chocolate. Other than that, trail mix is fine.
