The faucet is as described. The quality is top notch. We've spent more on inferior products that just didn't last. Others have mentioned it is heavy and that is true. That's not a negative, just better materials used to make it. FYI we have an old stainless steel kitchen sink, and because of the height and weight there is a little flex to the sink. It is very minor. That is not the faucets fault and in no way are we complaining or upset about it. In fact, it is refreshing to have purchased and installed a faucet of this build quality. Obviously we can not speak to the long term quality as we've only had it a couple of weeks, we do anticipate it lasting a very long time based on the build quality. It came well packed. Not just a few pieces of cardboard to keep the pieces from rubbing, but actual foam cutouts that the pieces fit snugly into. We highly recommend purchasing this faucet if it fits your needs and style. You won't be disappointed

For this price it is a excellent deal, when i first opened the box, felt happy to see that the cold and hot water pipes are already installed, it was not heavy so i thought might be cheap quality but the made is good , after installation i checked both for hot and cold water if i find any pipe or joint leakage but happy to found out its not. It is coming with 360 turn so easily can be moved and used in both sinks.

Good material. Good flexible features (length, nozzle, spray etc). I would have given it 5 stars except for the following. Improvement suggestion 1: One flaw is that fact that (unlike my previous unit), you can't lock the extension to where you want - it self retracts when released. Improvement suggestion 2: The spray is too powerful - so the water splash bounces off the kitchen sink all over the place. And it's not a question of lowering the water pressure. That would make switching between flow & faucet unworkable. But for the price it's great value and I'd buy a 2nd piece if I needed one.

The device is not good, and since the date of purchase and after erecting it in the kitchen, we suffer from the drops of water from it without being able to find any solution to it

I wish the spout was higher up

Nice quality and easy installation . Doesn't feel or look cheap, I'm actually pretty shocked to get this quality. My daughter suggested I check out what Amazon had to offer, so I searched based on customer reviews and ended up choosing this one. The last couple of mid priced name brand faucets I've gotten were nothing but big disappointments; the quality was so lousy. I was feeling like I was going to have to really shell out the $$ for something that wasn't so cheaply made.

I am really happy after i receive the product. The quality of product just amazed me. Its really professional water saving kitchen faucet is nice addition to my kitchen. The stainless steel gives it modern and elegant look. The faucet water saving feature is plus point. Cant ask for more.
