Covers smells nicely, is not bad for cats
I like it, it neutralizes the kitty litter smell. I want to point out that it does contain chlorine dioxide infused zeolite, but this does not create the toxic gas chloramine when mixed with the ammonia of cat urine. I got concerned and confused when I saw the inclusion of chlorine, but it is safe. My cats havenโt noticed or cared about the very mild, hint of chlorine smell that gets buried in the litter anyway.

Works Well
We have 3 cats and multiple litter boxes. Smells a little like bleach at first, but controls odor well. Sprinkle a light layer over a clean litter box for best results. Odor control lasts long and it's safe for the pets.

Is it price worthy?
*update* It does work. Turns out I wasn't using enough. I used 3 capfuls this time and my cat just took a poop and i could smell it right away. However the smell disappeared within 5 minutes, so it does work! I'm gonna say the $10 bottle will be good for around 3 uses if you have to use 3 capfuls every time, which I think is a lot. I would have thought this could have lasted me longer because of the price. We'll have to see how long it takes until the box starts smelling again. *old review* This is my first experience with any kind of litter box deodorizer, so I'm not sure if i'm expecting too much. But..... I'm not sure if this does anything. Or if it does, it's very slight. I also think it smells kinda funky. I sprinkle a thin layer over the litter (or as it says on label 1-3 capfuls, but 3 capfuls looks slightly less than half the container.....), and then wait for him to use the box. He seemed weirded out by it at first, he would come by the box and sniff and walk away, but he finally used it. He was probably wondering what I put into it because if I can smell this, he can too. That's another thing, this stuff smells. I thought it was odorless? Or maybe it's more like "this smells but only naturally, no added chemicals, so we're gonna call it odorless!", that kind of thing? To be honest though, I didn't notice it at first. I have my cat's litter box in my room and it took maybe 30 minutes to notice it. Or should I say, it took me 30 minutes to develop a slight headache and then notice the smell, and then trace it back to the litter box. I thought it kinda smelled like bleach, like some kind of cleaning thing. I couldn't quite put my finger on it. I think the most accurate would be: it smells like a type of laundry detergent. It even looks like it.... I'm talking about the laundry detergent that sometimes comes in a box and then you just scoop it to put into your laundry. The grainy one.... Again not very specific but I'm hoping you know what I'm talking about as I've only had like 2 experiences not using liquid detergent and those times were during childhood. The scent is like if you would take away the scent of the laundry detergent and all that's left is the crisp kinda chemically smell. It stings my nose whenever I catch a whiff of it. So I can say that I definitely don't like that part of this product. ....but I can still smell his poop...........so much so that I have to open the window to air it out. And it's October... in Wisconsin. I do use only a very thin layer, just enough to cover the top layer of litter. Maybe I have to use more? But if I do do three capfuls, this product will be gone in no time. So in conclusion: I don't like the smell (it makes my nose and brain cringe) and I can still smell his poop. And in the chance that I'm not using enough to create a layer, this product will probably only be good for 3 uses if that. Now if those 3 uses were 3 months of odor free, I would consider raising my stars for the review. But then only to 3 stars because if a thin layer covering is enough to give me a slight headache with cringing eyes and stinging nose, what will 3 capfuls do to me? And again, this is coming from someone who's never bought any litter box deodorizer before, so I could be doing everything wrong. Take my review as you will.

My choice ๐ฏ
I use this all the time. We have several cats so keeping their litter boxes clean and scent free is essential. Sprinkling just a little of this in the boxes and mixing in keeps everyone happy in between actually deep cleaning the boxes. Ppl say they canโt tell we have cats until they see one (or two lol) and i think this helps a lot. Iโve tried others and this is the best imo. Smells abit like bleach but once mixed in has no lingering scent which is perfect as cats donโt like perfumes and scents in their litter.

No more messes
Worked great! Cleared up the smell quickly, and my Willie is happy to use his box again. He has developed a pickyness about having a very clean box with no lid or he uses the corner in our dining room. Daily scooping and a sprinkle of Nonscents Cat Box Deodorizer and no more messing in the corner plus I can't smell the cat box ( it's near the kitchen)! We're all pleased.

Cat didnโt like and peed in my shower instead!!
I hate to giving a bad review. The idea behind this product is great! I mean, who likes a stinky litter box, right? Maybe the reason why my cat didnโt care for this is because I use pine pellet litter (Feline Pine) and maybe this product does not mix well with that brand of cat litter. Even tho both this deodorizer and Feline Pine are both unscented, when the 2 are mixed together it gives off a heavy perfume-like odor which I finally figured out that my cat hates, so much so that I caught her peeing in the shower last nite!! This product just might work well with traditional litter, I have no idea. Iโm just saying that it took me several weeks to figure out what was going on! I thought my cat had a UTI or something and was worried to death about her! Iโm definitely not going to throw it out or try to return it, rather I will pass it on. Iโm sure itโs a good product. I have several friends with cats and these people use traditional cat litter.

Natural Scent that Eliminates Fowl Scents in the Kity Litter
This is the best deodorizer that removes the urine and poop smells, It has a very natural scent, where others I have used left an unpleasant smell. During the summer months, I use 4 of these containers a month. During the fall, winter and spring I use 2 containers or less.

Great Odor Control for Multi-Cat Homes
I recently picked up an extra litter box because my Litter-Robot alone just wasnโt enough for my two cats. One of my girls never covers her pee in a traditional box, which means the smell can get REALLY strongโespecially in warm weather. This deodorizing powder has made a noticeable difference. I just spread the litter to cover the urine, sprinkle a bit of this on top, and the odor is significantly reduced until itโs time to scoop. It doesnโt completely eliminate the smell, but it definitely covers most of the strong odor and makes the litter area far more manageable. The only downside is that itโs a little pricey for the amount you get, which is why Iโm giving it four stars. Still, the improvement is noticeable and appreciated, making it a solid option for anyone needing better odor control in a multi-cat household.

Really works
It's not magic: there are still a bit of odour. But the urine smell is FAR less than before. It says to sprinkle it on TOP of the littler, but it does have a very slight chlorine smell (and I'm chemically sensitive and I wonder if it might bother the cat) so I sprinkle it on top after sifting, and then mix it in to the used litter before topping up with clean litter. VERY HAPPY!! I'm sparing with it and it lasts me a lot longer than a month per container. But after many months of use I'm buying 2 more containers. We have to have the litter box in a closet right inside the front door, but I don't smell the litter when I walk into the house. Awesome product!

Pleasantly surprised
I was very skeptical about this product, fully expecting it to be yet another snake-oil, waste of money. To my surprise, it actually works, and very well at that. I use an automatic litter box, so I sprinkled some of this into the main litter, and a bit more into the container where waste gets collected. Within half a day all smells were completely gone, and it has stayed that way. Well done!

Works for freshening.
This is good powder to keep litter box fresh. Unscented, clean scent. I like that it is safe for cats. Quite expensive so it got 4 instead of 5 stars.
