Possibly the 15 1/2 inch one. My kid is 8 and pretty tall but it fits perfect and she has had if a few years.

Are these flimsy and bendable or solid, hard molded plastic?

Very hard and sturdy! I have had ours for about 7 years and they look as good as new after routine use by toddlers up until the 10 year olds my kids are now. Not flimsy at all!
