Fits and works well but as others mentioned you'll need to cut a whole so you can use your mute button on the Wave 3 mic. Once I cut the hole the mute button sensitivity remained the same. Very easy to put on the mic. It's like putting on a glove.

Works as designed only down side is your not able to use the mute button on the top of the mic with it installed with out modifying the filter and making a hole Also has a very strong chemical smell so I recommend letting it air out once removed from package before use close up to your face as the smell can be overbearing

it worked fine but if you are using it with an Elgado Wave 3, you will need to cut off the top, and install it upside down if you want to keep the use of your mute button

The foam at the top covers the mute button on top of the Wave:3 microphone, making it impossible to use the hardware mute function. I worked around this by cutting the foam at the top, but that obviously means you can't return it if you don't like how it sounds.
