Not inexpensive, but very functional for quick measurements of chains and bars.
I understand this is a branded item so therefore the price will be "high", but it is of good quality, very functional and accurate enough for quick measurements and tests. It is still pretty much a flat piece of plastic with quick test gauges. Got a 3D printer? Consider custom-making something that has the same measurements built-in.

Necessary, but overpriced.
This gauge seems a bit chintzy for the price; might have been a giveaway at your chainsaw dealers' a decade ago. Very thin and fragile looking plastic. What are you gonna do, though? It works and there doesn't seem to be much else out there...
