STOTT PILATES Foam Roller Challenge (English/Spanish)

if you are into challenge in your pilates routine, then try the roller!!!challenging routine but STOTT is never disappointing.

I thought under 30 mins, this would be a limited dvd workout, but it's excellent. A variety of exercises on the roller really work up a sweat and it's fun. Any longer would be too much for me.

It still plays well enough but it is scratched and it was sealed perfectly. When unwrapped you could see that it was just slipping around in the sealed box it was not secured. No-fault of delivery just packaging.
