So cool! Great gift! Excellent customer service!
This is an amazing and FUN product. So cool! My 11 year old niece loved it and so did the adults! This is a quality product with EXCELLENT customer service. My Spyke arrived with several large stains on the inside of the glass. I emailed pictures to customer service and within the day they shipped out a replacement to me.

Cool Product - Packaging Not Gift Worthy
The product is cool, but the package was crumpled. Unfortunately this was for a gift.

Fluid stuck at corners
Product came with ferrofluid stuck in two corners causing two dark spots on these corners. Kinda disappointing cause it's a costly product.

I LOVE my Ferrofluid spYke by Concept Zero
I LOVE my Ferrofluid spYke by Concept Zero. When I received it I most certainly enjoyed the magical magnetic properties but couldn't get rid of a couple stains. No problem, I wrote Concept Zero and IMMEDIATELY received a response and was sent another in perfect condition! I have never before received such immediate and satisfying customer service from anyone. My wife and our grandchildren think it's great fun to play with! I say play, but I have a number of scientific gadgets and this fits in perfectly with all the other wonders. I'll be showing it to all our visitors. Thanks again, Concept Zero for a great product and great service!
