I like to have rash guard shirts with sunblocking material to help keep my back from getting too much sun. This shirt has a good material that feels good on the skin. I like that it is more on the tighter side because I don't like loose rash guards that get puffy in the water. This shirt stays in place and looks really nice. This shirt seems to be made very well and should last a long time.

Definitely SIZE UP, probably at least 2 times unless you want a really tight compression fit. I was looking for a swim shirt/rashguard that was not super tight but also not loose. Im 6'0 165, slim build usually wear a medium. I orginally ordered a large and it was still very tight (which is how some people like rashguards), but too tight for what I was looking for. I ordered 2 more, a longsleeve on in XL and a short sleeve one in XXL (again im usually a medium in shirts sometimes large but rare). The XL fit much better, gave a little more room to work with while still feeling snug and the length was good. However the XXL fit exactly how I wanted it to - just enough room throughout the body were it didnt feel restricting but not at all baggy or anything, it also still fit more snug in the arms which I didnt mind since Ill be swimming in it as well as wearing it. So dont be scared to size up even 3 times if you dont want a tight fit, even the length on the XXL was great for me. Trying them on the material feels really nice, its the right amount of stretchy almost has a silky quality to the material and its soft and comfortable on the skin. Its not too thin where it feels cheap and not to thick where it feels like it would be too hot to wear in the sun, its basically the exact thickness I was looking for.

Bought size small and it was a great fit for my 14 year old (5’5”). Long and tight enough to keep sand out when boogie boarding. Only wish the neck was a little tighter. Also appreciate the longer sleeves for more UV protection for shoulders and upper arms.

Execellent product BUT it is SNUG , I’d say one size bigger would be perfect. I get its an athletic shirt and my Small fit me great but a medium would’ve been perfect. Still kept item. Took it for a river adventure and was great.

So far so good. Good quality at a good price. Fit's very well. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit correctly, I did not have the issue with this shirt and the sizing chart. Measured my chest and it was right on. This is my first compression shirt/rash guard, but seems to check all the boxes for me.

I was drawn to the color. Yet I have bought several products from LaFroi. They deliver comfort and versatility. the shirt is stretchy and works with other pieces that I purchased from this company. The shirt feels a little rubbery at first but it fits as described. (I will probably make future purchases from this company.) If you really like to workout: whether weight training or running, this is a great shirt

Great style and material definitely size down though

I’m fit and I wear men’s small T’s and they’re fitted. I have S rashguards and they’re snug. This was almost too tight to even put on. I could live with that since I want it for lap swimming. The deal breaker was that it’s 4 feet long (see pic), dropping 10” below belt, nearly below the butt.
