Spigen NeoFlex Screen Protector Designed for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (2021) [2 Pack] - Case Friendly

Easy to install and fits precisely. The finish was smooth and doesn't have a plastic feeling when touching. After initially installing it does appear a bit rough, however just wait a couple hours and everything dries into a smooth bubble-free and clean experience. Excellent value for money however I am not sure just how much protection it offers as it's not a tempered glass screen protector. However the curved glass screens usually have a lot of problems with tempered glass screen protectors so this is an excellent alternative.

I've used tempered glass screen protectors on every phone I've had going back to the Note 3. There are drawbacks; they're easily dinged and usually need to be replaced every 2-3 months. But that's part of the tradeoff for having a screen that feels like glass and with a reasonably good case gives near-bulletproof protection from major damage to the screen. I accepted that tradeoff. But when they moved the fingerprint sensor to the screen, that created problems for tempered glass. I've tried the Whitestone Dome and AMfilm and I can't reliably reinstall either. I also tried the Zagg D30 version. On paper, it's the best combination of protection, feel, and fingerprint sensor usability. The problem with that one is the the install is almost impossible to execute, and you have to eyeball it pretty close to perfect to get it to work with a case. This screen protector provides minimal protection against breakage and doesn't match the feel of a tempered glass screen protector. But it still provides a lot of value. The clarity is fantastic, it provides good protection from scratches, self heals, and the fingerprint sensor is as good if not better than without using any screen protector at all. Install is forgiving. Don't worry so much about bubbles, they'll go away on their own. The only part you've got to be careful with is pulling edges when you're separating the screen protector from the non-sticky side during the install (it's easy to stretch, which can damage it).

This screen protector is squishy and soft (so far no issues, but I'm worried about my stylus getting stuck in it and ripping it), doesn't quite fit the width but is close enough to be fully usable, just make sure to get it centered. The issue I have with the width is that I read it fit good, but didn't follow the instructions and put the case on first, so it is slightly off center and the tiny gap between the protector and my case (also Spigen) is about 2mm wide on one side and the other edge is slightly under the case lip. The gap started collecting dust as soon as I put my phone in my pocket the first time. Tou can't really clean it out easily, because any sharp or hard object gets stuck in the protector and pulls on it. A cleaning cloth doesn't get it all, as the gap is too narrow to get into it with the cloth. I have a small corner bubble now from my first attempt to clean the lint. Also, when using the stylus to perform a screen grab, it sometimes catches in the gap. Other than the gap and my concern about gouging the protector with the point of my stylus (galaxy note 9 stylus, I probably will be ordering one with a soft tip soon), my only other issue is that if I don't clean it daily it seems to get a haze evenly across the entire protector. Could be my skin oils, not sure, it comes off easily with screen spray and a screen wipe. For installation, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Watch the video By Spigen, not by anyone else. The 1 star reduction is for the sizing and haze issue. The quality is fantastic as always, I've been using Spigen products since my Galaxy S5, so about 8 yrs? (Depending on if I got the S5 case when I bought the phone or later) On every phone and tablet I've purchased one for and I've never had quality issues. I use other Spigen products too and have no issues and will continue to recommend and purchase new products

Someone on here mentioned that is you have an s21 ultra, that this would be your best bet -- mainly because glass just does not perform well with on-screen fingerprint recognition. I completely agree. This doesn't have that orange peel texture like zagg can; and the fingerprint recognition was a gentle press after redoing them. Very happy. The install said to install with case on. I would not recommend because of the liquid involved. Especially if it is a wood case or porous material. You can lift and put back down as much as you want to get it to line up. Just make sure to gently go over the edges from inside to out. Don't drag across an edge.

1. The film does not go all the way to the edges of your screen, in the video tutorial it tells you to put your case on before applying the film. This is why. 2. The screen will constantly look wet after applying this. Grainy rainbow effect. Extremely irritating. (EDIT: over a day or two this wet look has decreased, but it is still there enough to be very irritating) 3. Impossible to apply film without some wrinkles in the film appearing, and/or small air bubbles. 4. Edges peeling, have no faith this will stay on for very long. It's basically a piece of wet plastic stuck on your phone screen. Very disappointing. Whoever decided it was a good idea to use a spray bottle for adhesion needs a paycut. EDIT: This film also LOVES fingerprints. I find it impossible to clean. It almost seems like it absorbs the natural grease of the skin into the product. Gross. Never had this happen with any other screen protection.

I have been a forever fan of Spigen. All screen and cell protector are from spigen in my house. But since I got Galaxy 21 Ultra...its has been the nightmare to find a perfect t screen protector. This one is the 4th kind I bought 2nd from this brand.It installed pretty easy BUT still not a perfect fit. Mind you, I have spigen cover and watched the video as well. No cleaning product came with it so...had to find my own. I just need a better fit. Everything apart from fit and ugly smudges while screen is dark, it is okay. Sensitive to touch and finger print read just fine. Typing is breeze as well. Lost 2 stars for not being a perfect fit even with their own brand of cover.

I prefer tempered glass screen protectors but I can't find one that doesn't have that annoying hole for the fingerprint reader or one that doesn't cause issues with the fingerprint reader. Decided to give this a try since I had a few Spigen products and they are always a great value for the money. Overall the install was pretty easy and I had no issues with the application and it went on perfectly. I just followed the instructions provided and their videos. The only extra step I had to do was run my finger around the edges a few times just to make sure they fully stuck on. Immediately after there was a slight rainbow effect on the screen when showing bright white pages but the next day it's all gone. So the screen protector after a day works pretty great and the fingerprint reader works just as well as it did with no screen protector on. I would recommend this to avoid the issues of the tempered glass ones.

I was going to leave a one star review as well BUT... I installed the screen protector yesterday night, i was disappointed with the outcome. I could see water residue between protector and the screen. Woke up this morning and surprise, surprise... Screen looks amazing ! It probably dried overnight like it supposed to... Not 3 minutes like it says it will... No air bubbles, no unsticking edges, the screen looks perfect... Give it at least one day before leaving bad review like i did. Now i think that it's one of the best screen protectors I've ever had. Wired to install but you'll appreciate the effort. Oh and fingerprint reader works like a charm, no need to readjust... The Spigen NeoFlex Screen Protector is difficult to install. The trick to use is after spraying and positioning the screen protector, you need to use a hard card such as a credit card to push the water and air bubbles out to the edges horizontally and vertically. I prefer to do the vertical action first then do the horizontal pushing. Do not use the paper card tool supplied, it will absorb the water and is not hard enough. Damp paper card also leave paper debris stains and using not enough pressure will result in wrinkled surface and bubbles in the screen protector.

Anscheinend habe ich die Beschreibung nicht richtig gelesen. Auf jedenfall ist mir folgendes aufgefallen: Nicht Fingerprint resistent (meine Fettfinger fingern immernoch das Display voll) Aber das Anbringen war ansich echt einfach. Viel Flüssigkeit (inbegriffen) ist untertrieben, aber es bildete sich bereits ein wasserbad und ich konnte die Folie erfolgreich anbringen. Apropos Folie, tatsächlich ist diese ähnlich der Original Folie jedoch mit besserer Haptik, der Fingerabdrucksensor des Telefons funktioniert nach anbringen der Folie einwandfrei. Die Folie ist (leider) nicht spiegelfrei Also kurzum.. Es ist immernoch eine Folie ohne wenn und aber. Der Fingerabdrucksensor ist nicht eingeschränkt und das anbringen dieser ist nach Anleitung relativ einfach (lieber etwas mehr Zeit nehmen und ordentlich besprühen sowie langsam und stetig andrücken.)

Excellent. I bought a different make screen protector which stopped my touch screen working properly. I sent that back and bought this one. It's great. Very easy to install and works perfectly. I should have guessed. I have used Spigen cases on my phones for ages and they are always great quality.
