It does not come with spark plugs. You have to buy them separately. This is just the spark plug cables. There are 4 cables in a set.

IDK. It was in the parts catalog specific to our 05 Highlander 3.3 V6. I think NGK WERE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT IN OUR CAR. Ck w/dealer to see what Toyota recommends.

Do these work for b16b engine?

The compatibility chart only lists b18's and b20's for this specific set of wires. You should Google it before buying anything to be sure. No sense in wasting money.
