If you are grouting 12x12 tile with 1/8" joints o be full unit with cover 100 sft. Take that times 4 for a total of 400 sft

How much square footage does this cover? I expect 1/16" grout lines on 9x36 tiles.

Does this come in colors or do you just mix the sand in for your color?

This listing is for Parts A&B liquids. The Part C 9lb colored sand would be needed to complete the kit. The Commercial contains 4 parts of each A and B, therefore you would need 4 - 9lb cartons of Part C. Thank you
