Are these bottles dishwasher proof?

I do not know for sure. I wash by hand with a bottle brush, as the dishwasher is unlikely to get water in the narrow neck to clean inside the bottle properly.

Not this type exactly but there are silicone lids available on Amazon for milk bottles.

Can these be stored in the freezer?

As with putting any glass in the freezer, it is generally not a good idea, unless it is specifically designed for the freezer (most bottles are not freezer-proof because of their shape & the type of glass used) so I would say NO, do not put these in the freezer. When you freeze liquid in a glass bottle, the danger area falls at the neck and mouth. As the contents freeze, they expand and push out of this area, since the opening is the weak area with space for expansion, the frozen contents can push into it, putting great stress on the area of glass at the neck. I would select plastic for freezing liquid or better still, silicone pouches, NOT glass. These are, however, fabulous bottles for homemade plant-milks, which are for storing in the fridge. Do they leak if you have to lie them on their side - very small fridge so can't put everything in the door?

No they don't leak at all , I lay mine in the fridge all the time. They are very good.
