Poor frosting coverage and awful value
I should have calculated the cost per pie before I bought but holy cow it’s a lot per pie they better be awesome. Well they were just average. The edges were nicely covered with the frosting / glaze whatever but the middle wasn’t covered at all making the middle bites dry. Disappointing no matter the price. I bought these since I can never seem to find the old school hostess pies but it’s not a true replacement. Just ok not great.

Fried/Baked Pies?
You would have to be the judge on this purchase. I found the over use of oil in the crust to make for a heavier, oily mouth feel. I couldn't tell whether or not if they are fried or baked. The filling, short and sweet. I personally prefer a better ratio of fruit filling. Now I know some palletes prefer more crust, if so you will love! *These are not your Mama's confection. Nor the other famous brand pastries.

Yummy yum!
Yummy yum! These are so gooood! I’m going to buy them again in the future! These are so damn delicious! I couldn’t resist! I couldn’t put them down their so good! I can’t wait to buy them again. My absolute favorite flavor is the Bananas n cream. I can’t wait to try other flavors.
