Do you use these at night or in the morning?

either way; for a VERY special occasion use one at night and one in the morning. Did it on my wedding day and it showed. on a regular basis, one pad once a week or every other week.

A newspaper article said that these also take away under eye puffiness. Has anyone experienced that benefit?
