What is the stall current and torque of this motor?

I do not recommend overloading this motor and stall current and torque is an extreme case of such. Many bad things will happen. But for your information, the motor stalls/locks at 23 N-m at 25A.

I’m looking to join this 3/8” d shaft with a 9/16” d shaft on my drill press. any idea where i can find a reduction coupler for this application?

Amazon sells a spider coupling made by Lexar industrial; 3/8” to 1/2” L075. You would have to ream the 1/2” to 9/16” for your application .

Will this motor operate safely at 18 volts?

The motor will run faster at 18vdc. It will run at around 70rpm instead of 50rpm. It should be ok but make sure your current draw does not exceed 6 amps.

I need to replace the motor on our jenco vibraphone. also the speed controller. can this motor and controller be used on a vibraphone?

Not sure if it would be a direct replacement but with a little tinkering, you can make the parts work for the application.
