Zinc is always good. This product was great and will order more in the future.

Copper and Zinc are needed for blood vessel health. Selenium may aid thyroid function, but it also interferes with thyroid medicine function. Need to be careful.

Zinc is important in your diet. It’s easy to swallow. It also has selenium which your body needs. It’s good for your nails to take the ridges out of your nails if you add vitamin B 1,2 and three.

It’s zinc. I personally wouldn’t take it everyday unless you know you’re deficient by doing your bloodwork. I take it every other day with no issues, but you must take it with a meal.

I have no idea if these did anything for me, if it did then it wasn’t really noticeable. I feel like every supplement I try feels that way though! Admittedly I wasn’t always consistent, I’d take them a few days then forget for a week, start up again and so on. I took them because I read that selenium & zinc can help with rosacea acne. I have good facial skin but have outbreaks of these red lumps from eating nightshades, which I’ve had to stop eating but sometimes they sneakily get into foods like spice mixes via potato starch, paprika, tomato powder etc. They’re big capsules. No aftertaste. Maybe they helped me in not catching a cold I otherwise may have gotten, who knows. I’ll give 4 stars because although nothing noticeable happened, I didn’t have any type of weird side effects either.

Writing this review because I know many of us were concerned since it suddenly looked totally different than the prior bottles' capsules. I was finally able to get a hold of the company I jumped through several hoops, sent them pictures of everything my order the bottle the lot number the pills themselves. They confirmed their formula has changed, and they needed a larger capsule in order to accommodate the new raw materials. At least pictures of the bottles and the capsules I sent them they confirmed were there authentic product. I loved the original formula as it actually helped to turn my gray hair darker again. Not really sure how this is going to work since you cannot see the copper and there is no blue coloring in this anymore, but at least now I know they are safe to take I was having a very hard time trying to find a replacement product for this. I Hope this helps alleviate the concerns for so many that didn't know what to do when they received product looking totally different
