can i purchase the basket and tray, for the 3 wheel walker

Mine came with a large pouch and a removable basket.

How much does it weigh

It weighs about 17 pounds. The back wheels fold up if you need more room in your trunk or for storage. It’s very sturdy. I call it my workhorse! It is not a small flimsy walker. It’s really 5 star for me!

How big are the wheels?

The wheels are 7.5 inches diameter.

Came with no directions how do you fold walk up to fit in car? No black tip was included.

There is a silver bar across between the wheels near the handle. Pull up slightly and fold in. I don't know what black tip you are referring to.
