Works great on dimmable bulbs incredible for a lamp but wont dim led christmas lights

Do not buy this dimmer plug as you will be wasting your money. Bought it to use on a neon light but just made it flicker, so tried it on other normal lights and did exactly the same!

Fantastic! I bought this for my lava lamp. Normally a lava lamp overheats after 5 or 6 hours and just has small balls of wax going up and down. With this gadget I can lower the heat when too hot and control the wax. Fantastic!

This item will probably work more effectively with a lamp that has dimmer compatible bulbs. My lamp does not have dimmable bulbs but it does work, but it basically dims to 2 settings, low dim and a brighter dim. If I have the dial in middle then my bulb flickers so I just stick to the low dim setting in the evenings for watching TV etc.
