Is there a weight limit for users?

I do not think there is a weight limit. I weigh 200 pounds and my daughter and I had a competition so I used it myself

I sent this article back the very same day it looked cheap for the price I paid

Is the size (35.4 inch X 36.6 inch) too big or too small for a 3 years old kid?

I gave it to my 8 year old granddaughter and she finds it challenging but gives it 10 thumbs up! I think 3 may be a bit young.

How many songs are played?

I don't remember any songs in all the times we have played with it. There are 3 modes, of easy, medium and hard which progress automatically as you go. You can also pick which one you want to play. the mat plays a note and lights up where you should step. At the end of each round it tells you how many you got right. The kids did enjoy playing but it's not really 'dancing'.
