Apple Late 2020 MacBook Air with Apple M1 Chip, 13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Gold (Renewed)

The one I got looks like it’s never been used.!! This machine is a workhorse with all of the luxury you expect the keys are beautiful to touch. The picture is Super high-quality -colors are beautiful. I previously owned the same model A beautiful MacBook that I bought brand new in 2020 before that I had a 2012 there wasn’t anything wrong with it. I just wanted a new one something shiny. I’ve had this for six years and used it for online school, cricket and silhouette cameo, artistic graphic design designs and I even did my own divorce using this machine ! I travel and did not have a case on my previous MacBook unfortunately it took a hit and got a little crack at the base of the screen even that was not an issue for over a year. It worked perfectly no problems unfortunately one morning I work woke up and there were lines across the screen, knowing that School was about to start again and I would need it on a regular basis and no breaks. I knew I needed to make a move. I looked at the Mac book neo, which was comparable in price and brand new it just doesn’t have the features for the price that I was looking for ! I didn’t want less than what I had! I knew what I was getting with this machine and when it showed up, i was thrilled! it looked like no one had ever used it. I do own several Apple made chargers that I got for my original laptop and I recommend investing in one of them! I was concerned about this one being at least as nice as the one I had and it’s like a brand new one Also, customer service reached out and I feel very confident that if I have any issues, I can get help with whatever I need! I would not hesitate with this one! Even though it’s older it has the potential to last yet another decade and the price is well within reason! Do this if you want high quality !

Great computer, too good for the price, I got the computer in excellent condition and it works really well, it is not laggy at all and does not overheat and it also has no scratches. This computer exceeded all my expectations and I really recommend getting one of these in 2026. It is a great computer for students and easy to use.

The MacBook arrived in the condition as described. I have had it for 3 months and it’s been working great. The price was way more affordable than a brand new one and works just as great. The keyboard did have some scuffs on it but this was to be expected from a used computer. It did come with a brand new charging cord. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this MacBook refurbished in “Excellent” condition, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It looks practically brand new. The only thing I noticed was a few small scratches on the top exterior near one corner, but they are very minor and barely noticeable. The bottom and the rest of the exterior look almost completely new. The screen and keyboard also look practically brand new, with no noticeable issues. As for performance, it’s very fast and has been working perfectly so far. What impressed me the most was the battery health. It arrived with 99% battery health, which I honestly wasn’t expecting from a refurbished MacBook. Considering its condition and performance, I’m very happy with my purchase. It looks and feels much newer than I expected for a refurbished device.

I had given my old MacBook away and waiting for this year’s iMac, but I got into a school program and needed a laptop. I had been searching on Best Buy, but I was skeptical because of the reviews. This school emailed about information session and requested to bring a laptop. I came here for fast delivery because I had just 5 days to get a laptop. I bought this because of the positive reviews, and I thought worst case I’ll return it if it’s bad. This is a fantastic buy, it’s absolutely clean, not a scratch, I can’t believe a refurbished look this good. It feels like mine, I’m in disbelief at the amazing condition of this MacBook and it arrived 1 day early. Please buy it. The battery life is 86% and didn’t come with original MacBook charger, but I’m giving 5 stars regardless. I have original Apple charger, so I don’t mind. This is my first time owning an Apple device without purchasing from the store. I hope this MacBook lasts me for a long time. Till then, buy if you are in need. Do not mind the negative reviews, I almost purchased from a different vendor due to it. I made this lengthy for potential buyers to not be discouraged. I’ve only had it for 4 days, but I already feel like it’ll last me. Fingers crossed.

I've had my laptop for almost a year now and I love it. The charger sent was no good, but I was credited and was able to get a quality Mac charger. The speed, the size, color, condition, ease of use, performance all in tact. When I bought it to the Mac store, they were trying to tell me to get a brand new one and return it, I'm glad I didn't. I'm pleased and recommend this seller.

I had a Macbook 13 but recently my 3 yr old grandchild accidentally stepped on it (while closed) and it cracked the screen. I was debating on getting the screen fixed or to buy a brand new one. If I had to buy the screen and pay someone to install it it would have cost me around $400. If I bought a new one it would be about 3x that and I really didnt have it to spend. I read the reviews of people who purchased a refurbished laptop and they were mostly positive reviews. When looking at certain models I saw that there were different levels of “refurbished”, like good, excellent, and premium. I purchased a Macbook Air 13 listed as refurbished-excellent and I can honestly say that it was. It was delivered the next day after ordering. It was neatly and securely packed with the charger, and included a couple of “thank you’s” for purchasing an Amazon Renewed device. The laptop was fully charged. There were no scratches, cracks, or dings. It was easy to set up. I would definitely recommend trying a refurbished device and saving money by doing so. The photo shows the new Macbook on the left and the other with the cracked screen on the right. As you can see, the laptops are exactly the same. I’m happy with my purchase.

The MacBook Air M1 performed well — fast, silent, good battery, and solid build quality. But it lasted only three years before I lost it completely. A power surge/discharge took out the entire logic board. On this model the power circuitry is integrated into the main board along with the CPU, RAM, and SSD — nothing is separate. So a fault that should have meant replacing one small power component instead meant a full-board replacement, costing close to half the price of a new laptop. At that point it isn't worth repairing. For a device at this price, that's a lot of money to lose with no real protection. If the power section were a separate module, this would have been a cheap fix. Buyers should know that any electrical fault tends to turn into total loss. Use a good surge protector and don't rely on it surviving a power issue.

Muy buen producto, lo pedi con temor por el tema de algunas opiniones que no eran tan favorables, pero por el precio la calidad lo vale, estuve revisando a detalle a ver si encontraba golpes, detalles en la pantalla, etc, y nada todo perfecto, me llego con 97% de batería, sin ningún golpe ni nada todo perfecto, super contento con esta compra si lo recomiendo por el precio.

La computadora funciona al 100%, la batería esta al 94%, un solo mini golpe en un costado casi imperceptible, no sabia que era un equipo de Estados Unidos, por lo que el teclado no es igual que el de México, no es difícil adaptarse y configurar, pantalla y teclas funcionan al 100%, llevo un par de días con ella, espero no falle y todo continue bien. Llegó antes de los esperado, bien protegida, el cargador funciona y es compatible como lo indican. Para el uso que le doy es perfecta.
