This product i am using since last one month. By using this i feel better when comparatively earlier. I have used so m as ny medicines for constipation but afsar relax capsules gave me good results.

Its only two weeks that i am using it, i find it very effective. I am writing After one month, but its habit forming for me. The day i take it works, the day I dont take My problem exists.
