Are these bands durable? I have bought many different kinds and they break after a few months.

I bought these January 2nd. One already broke

All bands are 12" long by 2" wide.

Thanks for your question. Each band has a varying level of resistance depending on how much you stretch them. The further you stretch the bands, the higher the resistance. Here are the approximate estimates when you stretch the band around 3 times its length: Light - 10-12 lbs Medium - 15-20 lbs Heavy - 25-30 lbs X-Heavy - 30-35 lbs You can combine multiple bands together for additional resistance.
