I just received this a couple of days ago and used it last night. It did a good job, it was nice and clean when I received it. It looked good, had nothing loose or stringy and shaped my dough well. It looks and my bread appeared good after baking it. It is very hot where I am so it was a pretty wet dough and there was cheese it this loaf which melted a bit in the banneton, but even at that, it cleaned up pretty easily. I am pleased with it so far. My only issue is hot, humid weather to try and bake sour dough in.

Good Banneton’s - no smell but costly

So much for premium, looks like cheaply made banneton, with cracks and wood splinters all over. Liner is also very dirty.

This is an 850g sourdough. I probably should have picked a smaller banneton for this amount of dough, but the results are great all the same.

I also really appreciate the clean, natural look—it actually looks nice sitting out on the counter.
