even though the box was fine. They felt a little hard
The cookies arrived and one bag was opened so I called and the Cravory was so kind and helpful and offered to send a new batch to our recipient. The cookies looked a little rough from shipping, even though the box was fine. They felt a little hard, so I was nervous, but once we tried them, we were sold. They were very flavorful and chewy and soft. They were dense and BIG filling cookies. I would recommend them, but I am a little weary about the shipping experience. Thankfully, they were so helpful that restores my confidence in doing business from afar. Yummy, yummy cookies.

Huge Hit - Met Pregnant Daughter's Cookie Craving in a Powerful Way
I sent these as a gift to my pregnant daughter-in-law (our first grandchild!). The cookies arrived a little earlier than expected - maybe a 7 day turnaround total. They were a big hit. This is an excerpt from my son's email thanking us -The cookies arrived on Saturday.They. Were. Amazing.So much so that Bxx is already planning on ordering herself some more. Definitely the best cookies we've ever had. She was not very good at sharing. Definitely a hit in our house.

These are seriously DELICIOUS cookies! I was happy with all the flavors and can't wait to try more. I have tried about every online cookie company and the quality of these cookies does not compare. They are in a catagory of their own! I look forward to more buying options on Amazon from The Cravory.
