Good alternative to Puck cream
Bought this as a substitute for Puck cream or Qishta. It’s very similar in taste but very liquidy and not thick like puck! But it worked for what I was using it for. Versatile use. Good quality, it lasted in the fridge after opening it for about two weeks.

Para mí fue un descubrimiento. Antes usaba whipping cream para cocinar, pero esta opción me parece mucho más práctica porque dura mucho más y no se vence tan rápido una vez que la tienes en la despensa. Además, funciona muy bien para preparar salsas, pastas y otras recetas. ¡Ahora siempre tengo una a mano!
