Is there really no in-body IS?!

Correct, it does not have in-body Image Stabilization . That is main thing that the a6500 has that the a6400 does not. However if you use a lens with OSS (Optical Steady Shot), then the lack of in body stabilization should be mostly negated. Both of the kit lens options have OSS, as do many other nicer lenses. Hello, no in 4k the highest frame rate available is 30fps.
