Made where? China? Mexico? Post the details?

The birds don’t say where they came from. The bodies are small but have feathers. the legs and feet are plastic. There is a wire that comes out the legs to help you place it on your tree. The body looks like felt but transitions nicely into the wing and tail feathers. The beak has a definite point and eyes are shiny.

Could these be usedto decorate a tree outdoor with rain exposure?

No, I don’t think so. They are tiny and delicate, not meant for outdoors.

r these water proof to put outside?

I doubt they are water proof but I put mine outside they got snowed on then snow melted they got wet but haven’t noticed any damage

Are they made with real or artificial feathers?

The feathers are artificial, but appear very real.
