It technically is since the way the blades are angled all together, but it is not sharpened to the point it where it could be a accidental cut

It's on the back of the box but I wouldn't realy refer to it as instructions unfortunately

Pft, in my opinion, no. I hated this thing, I never got it together. The instructions are ridiculously hard... and some guy on YouTube made a tutorial that was so dim that you couldn't see what he was doing... the parts were heavy and looked really cool, but I was just too dumb to make it work.
