I always have this on hand. Whenever I feel like something might be coming on I start taking it. It works.

Great supplement other than when it cut my finger open pulling it out of the package because bottle had broken. Then I had to transfer into another bottle. But Pure Synergy is and has always had absolutely amazing products so it didn't hinder my experience too much.

I've tried a few mushroom supplements, and they all have an unpleasant diuretic effect, frequent urination and dehydration. Not this one.
