Perfect for hemming doll Tshirts
Sew glad I bought two! I accidentally had it on zigzag stitch and broke one after the first use. They make a nice clean stitch for my doll Tshirts. Excellent quality.

Twin needle is a great alternative if you don't have a coverstitch machine
I used to hem my shirt using a zigzag stitch because it stretches. However, the outcome does not look professional as it gets stretched over time. The Singer twin needle gives a lot more professional look/finish while still maintaining the stretch of the fabric. It is a simple and effective remedy if you don't have the money yet to buy a coverstitch machine. On the other hand, if you are looking for a combo coverstitch/serger machine that will last you a lifetime, I highly suggest the Singer 14t968dc. I got mine on sale for $695 CAD + tax (Original price is $780 CAD + tax). It is a little bit pricey but the results you get are professional and does the job of 2 machines that will cost more than $1200 to buy separately. Hope this helps.
