Do these help with bunions?

I've been using my neighbors set of Wakers. The set I just ordered from you are much softer. Why is that? I like the firmer set.

If you look on bottom there is a hole that allows to inflate (like a basketball). I personally haven't inflated my set, but I think this should solve your problem. Before trying you might check the Yamuna website QA.

What is the height of the product?

Each is about 2 1/2" high and 4" wide ............ much the size if you were to cut a navel orange or grapefruit in half. They have worked miracles for my plantar fasciitis.
