Why does it say climbing in the title as if to lead you to believe these are climbing rated when they are actually not

It says climbing in the title because amazon vendors are shady af, and they're constantly pulling scams like this on unwary buyers.

Somebody's mistake. I would not use these for climbing, not I.

Im trying to use these to hook onto my pool cover and hook a tiedown strap to it to tighten it to a ground stake to keep it tight. Will it hold?

These seem very strong. I didn't see a rating, but should easily hold 100 lbs. Your stake should pull out of the ground before these fail. DO NOT use these to support a person or to suspend something that could harm a person!
