After i apply to my cold engine do I just let it sit or do I have to rinse it off with water?

Make sure your engine is clean and dry. Wipe off any oil or grease. Then spray a good mid-wet coat over the whole engine compartment. Everything and anything. Then let dry for several hours. I let mine dry overnight. DO Not WET The Engine after applying Aerosal material. Just let it dry good and forget about it. If you should have to touch up any areas, be sure to let it dry.

My engine is grey and not black. Will it work on greg engines also

This product works great on anything! I would also recommend a can of the engine bright made by the same company. I really like this product
