I'd go with a size bigger as well. Mine fit right but I understand why they tug them down all the time on the TV show. The pips and communicator are removable.

I think if you are above a 40 B or C, you'll want an XL version, my boyfriend said this top had room in the chest and arm for him, he is a slim frame, but I haven't worn this top myself, I am trying it on it's very snug on me, I'm 160 lb's and about a 40 B, women's tops size 12. The black on this top is super slimming and so is the waist area. You may want to use/purchase high waist pants or skirt with the top
