From start to finish took less than 5 minutes to install and fit perfectly into my Lexus 2010 IS350c. After watching a YouTube video for a few minutes the install went very smoothly and was one of the simpler fixes I've performed on my vehicle. If your Shift Console Slide Cover is cracked and broken off, I would highly recommend using a product from this vendor. This has been installed for several weeks and have not experienced any issues with the shift functionality. Saved a ton of money not having the dealer replace this part and the price was perfect.
