Been using these for a few months and they seem to do what I need them to do. They didn't clean my toilet but for the most part they keep it clean after I gave it a good scrubbing myself with a pumice piece. That was the key thing, getting the toilet clean beforehand. About once a month it'll start to develop a grey ring around the water line in the toilet but all I need to do is use the toilet brush and dip it in the water and run it around the ring and it washes right off.Keeping the water soapy with these drop ins means I don't have to do any extensive cleaning, just minor maintaining. Before I started using these, the toilet would get fairly dirty and even with the brush and liquid cleaner I couldn't get it completely spotless, just clean enough to tolerate. So it looks like as long as I keep using these drop ins, my toilet will be easy to keep clean. 1 drop in lasts close to a month, maybe 3 weeks.

Wasn’t sure if this would really work, besides just making my toilet water blue? But wow! I don’t have to clean and scrub my toilet bowl as often! I took off one star only because it doesn’t last as long as it says and also wish it came with more than three in the box.
