Good product
To install the unit the directions are unclear. The black top that fits over the rod slides out of the unit. Simply push it to one side. All else is good. Needs c size batteries

It’s good if you like things organized but you need to have room in your closet for it cause it clamps to the pole. It’s easy to clamp in just read the directions and make sure you buy four C batteries for it. It’s easy to put the ties in and out and it looks good when you color coordinate it. The material is plastic it’s not super strong but not fragile either it’s in between. It works great 👍🏼 👔

Worth the money
Pleasantly surprised. I never leave reviews but I felt I should. I almost didn't purchase this product because of the reviews saying it was garbage. This is a small tie track that runs on C or D batteries (sorry I can't remember which) so why would you expect it to be super powerful. No it cannot hold as many ties as it claims and if you have leather belts, don't even try. I have a tie on every other peg and no belts hanging from it. I have had 0 issues with it at all. It turns as promised, it holds ties as promised(about 25-30 and you're good), it lights up as promised. I've had it since september and it hasn't broke like others claimed. The battery is getting a little weak because let's be real people, it takes C or D batteries!!! I love it and would buy it again if I had the opportunity. ( as well I wear ties 7 days a week. Thats right sometimes I literally push the button to make it move every single day of the week.) ***update*** it is March 2017, purchased in Sept 2016. Same batteries are still working from the original purchase. I use it every single day.

Bolt seized up. Clamp will nit grip tightly on rod.
