Van de zes bestelde T3 overspanningsbeveiligingen (doorvoerstekkers) is dit de enige die ik wil houden. Het is ook de enige stekker die op de verpakking aangeeft aan een IEC-norm te voldoen. Om precies te zijn de IEC 61643-11, als "T3" = fijnbeveiliging dicht bij het eindapparaat. Een laag sluipverbruik en arbeidsfactor van bijna 1,00 maken dat ik deze Eaton wil houden, ondanks zijn relatief grote formaat. Mooi is dat de aarde dubbel is uitgevoerd: zowel pen als randaarde, dus geschikt voor zowel Nederland als België. De energie dissipatie is maar 525 joules. Vervelend is dat die waarde niet op de verpakking gedrukt staat, maar wel te vinden in een gegevensblad bij de fabrikant.
