Can you please tell how this is holding on your cv axle after driving?

Well it’s not holding the axle together, this just holds the rubber boot over the joint and keeps the grease in. So far I’ve rebuilt both my CV axles and these clamps are still holding my boot on about 1 year later. Also used one to clamp the boot on an inner tie rod end

Will the teeth on these clamps damage the CV boot? Never used these types of clamps before.

No damage to the CV Boot at all. I've used them for Honda, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Ford Vehicles and no issues.
