I recently purchased the Panasonic MX-AV425 (Charcoal Black) and wanted to share my experience, especially regarding a specific feature that might confuse new users. The "Safety Lock" Feature: Initially, I thought the unit was defective and actually returned it twice because it wouldn't turn on! However, I realized that this mixer has a very strict safety mechanism. The motor will not start unless the lid is perfectly aligned and locked into place. Once I figured this out, it worked flawlessly. If you're buying this, make sure the lid is securely "clicked" in before switching it on. The 1500W motor is incredibly powerful. It handles tough grinding tasks with ease and feels much more robust than standard kitchen mixers. Whether it’s heavy-duty batters or fine spices, the results are very consistent. Aesthetics: The Charcoal Black "Elements Series" looks sleek and premium on the countertop. Jars: The three 304-grade stainless steel jars are high quality, and the juicer extractor jar is a great addition for fresh juices. Stability: Even at high speeds, the machine stays stable.

It is superbly built. Very powerful in performance and looking beautiful too. The whole machine is strong and perfectly assembled. No one will be disatisfied. Worth for the price. I am happy I brought it. Afterall it is PANASONIC.

This mixer quality is good but unnecessary features are making time waste... 1. Typical Locking mechanism really not required ... U will get irritated 2. The rubber seal design has gap... requiring more cleaning time. Totally a flaw 3. Sound is like all other ...no difference... 4. Only one Blade type unlike otherals 5. Typical motor head... Moter not working

I have purchased 1500 w Panasonic mixer grinder from Amazon ,the blade one of the jar is not working i was unable to get the consumer support of panasonic mixer grinder then i tried the service center , the man over there suggest to come over to his shop and pay rs 125 to replace the blade. i have been using mixer over the years never i faced such a situation where within 15 days of purchasing have to visit a service centre and pay for replacement while product is under warranty. please do not purchase this item

I took this after a good research and the quality of the product is very good which has a great saftey feature of circuit breaker which doesn't allow the machine to turn on if the jar is either not perfectly closed or not properly Locked. The jars are also of decent quality and mixer has copper windings in motor. The jars do get hot upon the short usage of 3-5 minutes.
