Can this product be used for puppies 12 wks old?

Hi, All conditions being different, I can only speak for my one cat. I gave him as directed 4-5 drops a day until his ear cleared up and that was 4 days. It is not a clear bottle but I estimate that I used less than 1/2 of the bottle. So approximately, 3 cats per bottle but you can contact the seller or the Adams company for a more definitive answer.

Will this work on rabbits?

It has the exact same ingredients as Eradimite which says it's for cats, dogs and rabbits.

I'm using this on my 3 kittens and it's been three days and their ears look much worse. The buildup is crazy. Is this just stuff working its way out?

It can take up to 3 weeks to work. I would clean their ears daily. If you don't see improvement after that I would suggest a trip to the Vet.
