This is my third order! I LOVE these dryer balls!! I live in an apartment complex and use their dryers. These little plastic balls knock things apart, pull out static cling and stomp out wrinkles. Definitely worth the price. Buy them for presents!

I know some people had issues with them arriving broken in half but I received mine in good condition. After a few uses in the dryer, they still appear to be in good form also. I think they do a good job of fluffing clothes up for the most part and speeding drying time, however, I'm pretty sure the static cling some of my clothes produce when removed for folding could be enough to power a small car or light a backyard bonfire. Holy cow. It's not really fun to get the crap shocked out of you while you're trying to peel a pair of underwear out of a t-shirt. I know static cling was a concern for some people too but I definitely didn't expect to view a lightening storm while doing laundry. Yikes. To end on a positive note though, I think the balls and their electricity-generating tumbling somehow contributed to no-joke perfectly folding one of my tank tops for me straight out of the dryer! If you can deal with the static cling to avoid dryer sheets (that inevitably really work in regard to keeping your clothes from shocking you), I'd say these balls are a decent product.

We had tried a different brand of dryer 'balls' before and they proved to be fragile (too stiff/plastic-like) and didn't last. But while they were used, our clothes seemed to dry quicker and with fewer wrinkles so we wanted to try again. My Mom was using these Whitmor dryer balls and said she liked them, so we bought a set. Wow. These are much better than the previous brand we were using. These dryer balls have more weight (but aren't "heavy"; they seem "just right.") They are also more flexible (more rubbery vs. the 'plastic' type we had before.) That leads me to believe they will last longer, but only time will tell. So far, they are holding up well with no sign of cracking or damage. The clothes do seem to dry faster, have more 'fluff' to them, and fewer wrinkles when we use these dryer balls. I now see them as a 'must have' and will get another set if these ever get lost or fall apart. Two thumbs up. Can't go wrong with these.

They performed well in my dryer and helped to fluff up my pillow so that it dried thoroughly. They are a bit noisy though tumbling in the dryer but I guess that is to be expected. Overall very satisfied with the product.

These are fantastic! I use them every time I do laundry ... I pop 2 or 3 [depending on the size of the load] into the dryer and they work like a charm to get wrinkles out of our clothes and soften things like towels and denim/jeans!!! My hubby has a LOT of work/dress shirts and my son wears a lot of t-shirts. I don't have to iron the work/dress shirts anymore because of these! Of course the trick is that you have to take your clothes out of the dryer as soon as it stops. Do not let the clothes sit in the dryer after it stops because that's what causes wrinkles. I actually take one shirt out at a time while the dryer is still running, hang that shirt up, then take another one out with the dryer still on, hang that one up, and so on. And if you have clothes that you don't normally put in the dryer, like my sons jeans and t-shirts I hang them up and let them air dry so they don't shrink. But that makes them stiff. So when they are dry, I put them in the dryer with these dryer balls, on the air dry/NO-heat setting, and 2-4 minutes later, they are soft and wrinkle-free!! These save hours of ironing time!!

Because our water comes from rain and snow in the mountains, we have fairly soft, mineral free water. Our laundry generally finishes well without laundry softener. But after reading lots of good reports about laundry balls, I decided to give them a try to fluff our linens. I threw three of these in with our just-washed bed linens, and with a load of towels. First off, they clunk around in the dryer, which I don't care for, but the linens came out fine, as usual. I didn't detect any additional loft or softness in either load. So my results are: good as is usual. I can't speak to how they perform in areas with harder water or as substitutes for chemical softners.

I am very glad I purchased these. I used to have problem while washing heavy clothes. The tub used get unbalanced and the spinning used to stop. But with Whitmor balls this problem is solved and clothes come out fluffy and untangled. I highly recommend this product.
