HIGHLY RECOMMEND I normally buy vax carpet cleaner shampoo for my vax carpet cleaner but I thought I’d buy this and give it a go and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, it’s worth the money and makes your carpet smell beautiful aswell as gives it a very good clean. It foams how it’s supposed to and a strong strength that cleans all the nitty gritty stains. The darker side of my carpet is where it’s been cleaned and the off brown is the mucky side

There was a problem with my order, and contacting via Amazon, I was put directly in touch with the supplying company. I cannot recommend them enough for their customer service and speedy resolution. I think a lot of companies could take a leaf out of their book. As for the product itself, it's great for cleaning. I used it with some hot water through a wet-vac machine (Numatic 'George') to clean some car seats that were getting grubby. The seats came up looking great, with little effort....and more importantly, the low-foam properties worked really well. The George wet-vac machines are very sensitive to foam and cut out if the cleaning solution creates too much foam. Vax cleaning solution is terrible for this, so it was nice to find a good cleaner that also doesn't trip the float cut out in the machine. My only gripe, although a very trivial one, is there is very little scent, if any. While it's not important in the scheme of things (effective cleaning is the most important), the promise of a cherry scent was quite appealing. The neat, undiluted solution smells lovely, but when diluted to the recommended amount, there is only the faintest smell when using, and as soon as the fabric is dry there is no discernible sent at all. Overall, a very nice product from a very good company.

Initially, the smell was lovely but didn't last very long.

I use this in my vac carpet cleaner, initially for the price and smell in the bottle I was really impressed. However when using the carpet cleaner, although it clears the smell and mess, it doesn’t leave a scent behind which I’d hoped. However it works effectively and good value for money. Pouring it out of the bottle is tricky, so I’ve had to pour it into a smaller bottle with a funnel, and will top up as needed. However I have found other brands that do the job a bit better, but are of course more pricey. But this is worth a buy.
