Easy to set up! There are multiple colors available in the app to choose from. I just got mine a couple of days ago so I'll update if needed after I've used it for a little bit. My main reason for buying it was so that I can have a small light at night when I'm out. I have a cat and I'd perfer she not be in the dark when I go out at night (don't judge me🤭). The price was nice and it works as described. Love the fact that I can set a schedule and it works with Alexa! UPDATE: About 2 weeks ago, my Kasa Smart Bulb stopped connecting to my wi-fi every so often. I tried everything that I knew how to do. Alexa couldn't connect with it after several different times. So I call the manufacturer and Joey S. was so patient with me. He walked me thru setting and resetting the wi-fi issue and after about 10 minutes, the connection was made and it's connected! Thank you Joey S. I appreciate your help and your patience. Bottom line, if you have the same issue I had you can always call support and get assistance!

These are the easiest and best lightbulbs to set up with Alexa. I have tried other lightbulbs and they just do not connect. Set up is so easy. It takes just a few few minutes. You can add it to your Alexa routine and they are easy to control. You can change the brightness and colors using Alexa . They really are the best lightbulbs. I would highly recommend them for anyone that is wanting to use them with an Alexa device.

So far so good. Though it’s only just been installed today it works and does have the color picker which is great. My only wish would be if it had hex color support. If it does I can’t find it. Was trying for a certain hue and it’s so close almost perfect, almost. Still so many to choose from and easy to adjust. Anyway it was easy to install, screw it in, sign up, connect. The connecting part was slightly confusing as you had to connect to their wifi I guess like a temp network also and switch back but only took about 10 minutes for everything to set up and now I’ve got great mood lighting. Hoping it lasts for a while.

We have many Kasa plugs and bulbs around the house and they've all worked great for some time. They are controlled with schedules, to come on and go off at set times, and via Alexa; "Alexa. Turn on Living Room!". "Alexa. Turn off Green Table Lamp!" . I needed another 2 light bulbs for some additional table lamps and saw this bulb. It has colors, which I don't intend to use, but it does have some additional functionality which my other bulbs don't have - fade in and out duration and white balance adjustment (warm, daylight and any in between), and for $10, that's a great deal. . Using the KASA app, set up is straightforward and easy. There was a firmware update after initial set up, which installed quickly. The basic scheduling was easy, like our other KASA units. However, I found it took some playing around to be able to set brightness for different times of the evening. I usually start off bright and dim the lights progressively at specific times through the evening. There are presets for white, green, red and blue and you can edit the percentage, color and warmth. You can save that one preset, but you can't save additional presets and add to the list. When you schedule a bulb to come on you can set its brightness with a preset, but that brightness is whatever percentage you set previously when you edited that one preset. I found, through trial and error, that you can set the preset at say 10% for white, set up a schedule using that 10%. Then, you, go back into presets, adjust the white to say, 50%, and then go set up another schedule using that 50% preset. Do this for however many schedules and brightnesses you want. Those settings get saved for that specific schedule. It really would be much easier to be able to just save a new preset to choose from. . The only issue I have is when we get a power outage, the bulbs switch on when the power restores. Great to know if an outage has occurred, but I then have to turn them all off! . Now I've got the light set up as I want them, I just sit back and enjoy! . I certainly recommend KASA for plugs and lights... good value, reliable and durable

We have a senior dog that sleeps with us at night. She is going blind and has become anxious when we turn out the lights. We installed a night light so she could navigate easily to her water dish but we found that it wasn't enough as her eyes have become steadily worse. So we placed a lamp with one of these amazing bulbs on our dresser. It illuminates the whole room with infinite options of colors and brightness. These options are easily controllable by our cellphone. We experimented with reducing the brightness of the bulb to the point where it was bright enough for our dog (20%) but not so bright to affect our sleep. Mindy and us now sleep comfortably through the night. Her night anxiety has been completely eliminated. Though we use this for our dog, it would work great for babies and/or kids who also experience night anxiety. This bulb is an excellent value with unparalleled technology.

For someone who uses my bed side lamp constantly, this is perfect. I love the app, and it has every color. I love to set the red light on a timer before bed. Its incredible and super easy to use.

I love it! I probably should’ve gotten two, but I use the one lamp all the time! And it was very easy to connect to my Alexa and my phone and also easy to control. The only issue is that it’ll stop working for a bit sometimes and I’ll have to reconnect it by turning off and on my lamp, but it’s an easy fix! I’ll also warn that it isn’t that bright and more on the soft side so unless you prefer soft light, I wouldn’t use it as the main light source.

I wanted to try a sunrise alarm clock to help me get out of bed in the morning, and realized I could do so cheaply using this smart bulb in my bedside lamp. It works great right out of the box and is super easy to use and set up. It works with Google Home, but I found the Kasa app to have even more use and functionality. I love that I can set it to gradually turn on in the morning, and it usually wakes me up before my regular alarm. The Circadian function is beautiful; it automatically adjusts the brightness based on the time of day and sunrise/sunset so it's not glaringly bright first thing in the morning or at night. I love that you can adjust the warmth of the light as well because I prefer a warmer, yellowish light in the bedroom. I haven't messed around much with other colors but it's cool that that's an option. The only downside is that you have to use the app or a widget on your phone to turn it on and off and the lamp has to be turned on at all times, so it's not as easy if other people want to use it.

Los productos TP Link son grandiosos; tengo un router archer AX 6000, 6 interruptores inteligentes, 1 dimmer inteligente, 1 x 4 pack de smart plugs mini, dos regletas inteligentes con tres entradas, entre otros dispositivos de esta marca y no saben fallar, tienen un funcionamiento eficiente, además de que la aplicación Tp Link Kasa es bastante útil. En general puedo decir que este foco a pesar de ser económico tiene buen flujo luminoso (medido en lumen) bastante bueno, acercándose en calidad a la de su competencia "los focos phillips Hue" (los cuales tengo 1 x 2 pack), alumbra bastante bien mí escritorio, tiene una amplia gama de colores y temperatura de color (medida en Kelvin), lo empleo para uso rudo, varias horas al día, sin embargo llega a calentarse un poco, recomiendo no situarlos en sockets embebidos para que tengan una ventilación óptima. Para quienes comentan que su dispositivo pierde constantemente la conexión, sugiero que compren un enrutador TP Link de gama media (quizás un enrutador "TP-Link WiFi 6 AX3000 Smart WiFi Router" para arriba) para que tengan una mejor gestión de los dispositivos conectados a su red wi-fi, ya que inicialmente a mí me pasaba lo mismo, hasta que adquirí un buen enrutador, el router TP Link AX6000 (procuren también actualizar el firmware de su enrutador de manera periódica para no sufrir pérdida de velocidad en la transferencia de datos). Anteriormente tenía el módem típico que TELMEX provee, el cual sólo me brindaba 17 mb/s de los 200 mb/s contratados al momento de hacer el "speed test", desde que adquirí el enrutador TP Link antes mencionado el manejo de mis dispositivos es excelente, ya que gestiona de manera óptima todos los dispositivos y de manera simultánea, habiendo más de 20 dispositivos conectados a la vez (echo studio, echo dot, 4 pantallas, 2 laptops, 3 smart phones, y varias luces inteligentes Philips Hue y Tp Link), he hecho muchas mediciones de Speed test conectado a este enrutador TP Link Archer 6000 y en la banda de 5G, y puedo decir que la velocidad de transferencia de datos es de 200 mb/s en promedio, pero aún más importante, la gestión de los dispositivos es excelente. P.D. A mí me costó este smart bulb $309.49 mxn, precio imbatible para un foco inteligente de colores.

I'm really enjoying this bulb. It was easy to install, the app is pretty user friendly, and it works with WiFi. If you're having WiFi issues it will be frustrating to turn them on and off (I had that issue for a little while), but as long as you have consistent WiFi they should work fine. I also have a smart plug from this brand I bought 2+ years ago that's still working well.

Es una bombilla bastante buena por el precio yo la compré en $360 pesos mexicanos y por ese precio es lo mejor que he encontrado sobre todo por la integración con asistentes de voz y con la app Kasa de TPlink, altamente recomendado y si necesitan más de una bombilla, hay pack de 2 y 4 que salen más baratos :D
