HARDELL Mini Cordless Rotary Tool, 5-Speed 69pcs Kit for 3D Printer Sanding

I have had this Rotary Tool for almost a year now and happy with it. It works well, with a bright work light, variable speeds and has not failed me so far. A nice case for the tool and the accessories are in a separate case themselves. Easy to use and recharge. The only issue I have with it is the flexible covering over the power button that has cracked and could tear open. However it does not affect the operation of the Rotary Tool.

Easily one of the best tools I have used in my time crafting props as a cosplayer. I've had mine for over a year now and not only does it hold a charge well but it really does the job when it comes to sanding what need as well as adding minor detailing here and there

Went through chemo and it destroyed my toenails. When they grew back, they came in thick. Trying to buff them w a pumice stone wasn't doing the job. Tried this and it is amazing. Helps to get deeper into the corners where I end up getting the in-grown pieces. It has a handy little light at the end so I can really see where I'm buffing. Total game changer! Charge seems to last quite a while as well. Definitely worth getting!

This is so much easier to use than a corded Dremel tool! It's so slender you can hold it like a pen. you don't have to hold it in your fist like a big Dremel tool. I wish I had bought this years ago. Of course, it's not going to be as powerful as a corded Dremel, but for fine detail work it's perfect. The bits are universally compatible, so I already have a bunch of Dremel bits I can use with this. It's also much quieter and smoother than my Dremel. Don't get me wrong, the full-size Dremel still has it's place, but 90% of the stuff I pulled out the Dremel for will now be done with this tool. It's much easier and more enjoyable to use. It's also safer, because I'll no longer be using a large over-powered tool to do things that this tool is perfectly capable of doing.

Powerful little tool, lightweight, portable, easy to use, lots of accessories. I use it to turn my 3d prints into keychains and saw off/sand stubborn supports. I like having different speeds for different purposes

I picked this up for some small DIY projects around the house and it is a decent little tool for the price. The cordless design is very convenient because you do not have to worry about being near an outlet and the USB charging makes it easy to top off the battery anywhere. It is lightweight and easy to hold like a large pen which is great for detailed engraving or light polishing. However the power is definitely limited. Even on the highest of the five speed settings it tends to bog down or stall completely if you apply even a little bit of pressure. It works okay for soft wood or plastic but I would not recommend it for anything involving metal or harder materials. The battery life is also just average for me so you really have to plan on using it for quick 15 or 20 minute tasks rather than a long project. The accessory kit that comes with it is generous and gives you plenty of options to start with but the quality of the bits is not the best. Some of the sanding drums and polishing pads wear out almost immediately after one use. It is a nice starter set to figure out what you need but you will likely end up buying better quality replacement bits pretty quickly. Overall it is a fair tool for hobbyists and very light craft work but it feels more like a toy than a piece of shop equipment. If you just need something for occasional small repairs or delicate etching it will get the job done. If you need something for actual sanding or cutting you should probably look for a more powerful corded model instead.

I bought this mainly for miniature work and cleaning up 3D printed parts, and it’s been really handy to have on the bench. The smaller size gives me a lot more control than a full-size rotary tool, especially when I’m sanding support marks, smoothing resin prints, drilling small holes, or cleaning up tight areas on miniatures. The adjustable speeds are useful because I can keep it slow for delicate work instead of immediately chewing into the part. Battery life has been good for the kind of short hobby sessions I use it for, and I like that it charges with USB-C. The built-in light is also more useful than I expected when I’m working on small details. The main downside is that it doesn’t have the power of a full-size Dremel, so I wouldn’t buy it for heavy grinding or cutting. Some of the included accessories are also more useful than others. For miniatures, resin prints, and light hobby work, though, it’s a really convenient tool and I use it more often than my larger rotary tool.

I have several rotary tools (corded and cordless) and this one is the easiest to use and does a great job. I expected it might be under powered but was surprised at good power level. It is not a big heavy duty tool but it is becoming my go to rotary tools for 90% of jobs. It is great for drilling small holes in irregular surfaces. Two thumbs up!
